no problem. it might not seem like a problem at first but you'll notice some dull knocking sounds when landing from manuals, harder landings, and esp. if you bounce the bike on the back wheel.
easiest way to figure out if you'll have this problem is if you take the upper bearing, stick the topcap on it and try to move it around / snap it in. if there's play then you should grab a diff. topcap.

if you can change your headset order from fly, i'd highly recommend something else. i had a verde headset and it too has a one piece topcap and it doesn't snap into the inner race of the top bearing properly, which gives it a knock that's impossible to get rid of. i solved it by using my friend's fsa impact topcap, which has two pieces - the compression ring snaps into the bearing and the dust seal fits on top.
